Swedish is most popular therapeutic massage type, the light to medium pressure helps relieve stress, reduce pain, boost mood and promote relaxation. Swedish massage is usually done with oil or lotion and can incorporate stroking, kneading, friction and warming of the skin to ease tension and soothe the body and mind.

Hot Stone  Massage

Hot stone massage is a type of massage therapy. It’s used to help you relax and ease tense muscles and damaged soft tissues throughout your body. During a hot stone massage, smooth, flat, heated stones are placed on specific parts of your body. Hot massage stones are heated to between 130 and 145 degrees.
